5 Day 'Good Grief' Challenge: Intro

Grief Challenge

 

We all experience grief of sorts. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of the person we once were; we will all encounter grief. Especially during these unprecedented times, we are collectively grieving.

To normalize grief, I’m presenting the 5 Day “Good Grief” Challenge. Each day I’ll post a short video on my IGTV (@josiahandco) describing the topic for the day. There will be a mantra to repeat to yourself, some writing prompts, and action steps. This is a way for us to process our grief… together. The challenge will be to share your process in your Instagram (or Facebook) stories. Tag me (@josiahandco) and let me know how it’s going; invite others into your grief journey.

Friend, know this…

Your grief is valid. Your grief journey is yours. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
