Events + Workshops

Grief shows up in many ways.
It can be isolating, exhausting, and misunderstood.

Whether you’re grieving a pregnancy or infant loss, a relationship, your faith, your health, or a past version of yourself... you deserve a space where your grief is honoured, just as it is.

At josiah+co., we create real, supportive spaces where stigma gets smashed and community gets built. Our events and workshops are tender, real, and often a little bit cheeky. Expect moments of swearing, tears, and belly laughs... because that’s grief too.

For Individuals Who Are Grieving

Our events are for anyone navigating loss.
They offer:

  • Connection with others who truly get it
  • A space to show up as you are (messy, quiet, or in full-on rage mode)
  • Light-hearted, heart-full gatherings where you don’t have to pretend you’re fine

So if this sounds like your jam, come join us! See current events below.

For Providers and Support Professionals

We also host grief-informed workshops for:

  • Birthworkers and doulas
  • Therapists and counsellors
  • Healthcare providers
  • Faith and community leaders
  • Educators and support workers

These workshops aim to:

  • Normalize grief (especially pregnancy and infant loss)
  • Equip you with language and tools to support grieving people
  • Help you build trauma-informed, harm-reducing practices
  • Create safer spaces in your clinic, classroom, office, or care setting

If you're holding space for others, we want to support you too.
