Walk + Talk Sessions
Sometimes the best conversations happen while we move. Walk + Talk sessions are a gentle, grief-informed way to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your story all while walking through the beauty of the land we live on. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or infant loss, identity shifts, divorce, burnout, or simply trying to find yourself again after life cracked you open… this is a space for you to move through it.
