How do I wash my slippers?
Our booties are super easy to clean and can be thrown in the wash machine. Check out our Slipper Care section for more details.
Do you make sizes for all ages?
Yes we do! We make slippers for Infants (preemie to 24 months), Toddlers (2-4T), Children (shoe size 13/1-2/3), and Women (S-XL). Our women's sizes start at a shoe size 4. View our sizing chart for more details.
Do you make men's and women's sizes?
Heck yes I do... partially! We currently offer Women's Slippers, and are hoping to launch Men's Slippers in Fall/Winter 2020.
What size should I order?
It depends on the size of your or your child's feet. Please measure feet prior to ordering. You can check out our size guide here.
Can I get a custom pair of slippers made?
Unfortunately due to the high demand of our current collections I am unable to create booties outside of our regular collections.
My child is allergic to wool, will your booties bother them?
Most collections, yes. All of our Leather Bottom style slippers are made with a wool blend yarn and lined with sheepskin - these styles will bother anyone allergic to wool.
Our Classics Style Slippers (no leather), however, are made with an acrylic and/or a cotton blend yarn. These slippers should not bother anyone allergic to wool, but please note they are made in the same environment as our other slippers and do not come with leather bottoms.
Do you make vegan friendly slippers?
Yes! Our Classics Style Slippers (no leather) and Knit Bobble Slippers are made with an acrylic and/or a cotton blend yarn. They are not made with any animal by-products. But please note these slippers do not have the non-slip bottoms.
Can I choose a local pickup option?
Yes you can! I am located in Hamilton, Ontario so if you are in the area you are more than welcome to pickup your order. Under shipping options select "Local Pickup". Once your order is complete I will send you the address for pickup.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your location. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on location and weight of items ordered. For more info go to our shipping policies section.
How long does it take to get my order?
It depends on your location and if your item is ready to ship or made to order. View our shipping policies section for more info.
Do you ship worldwide?
I do! Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically! Shipping times will vary based on location.
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
Unfortunately our packages do not include a GPS so it is hard to know. If you chose Lettermail, Small Packet USA Air, or Small Packet International, these options do NOT include tracking.
Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority, Tracked Packet USA or International, and the Heaven Baby Flat Rate Shipping options all include tracking and we may be able to work with the shipping carrier to see where your package is getting held up.

Can I exchange or return a pair of booties?
Yes, we accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your item. See our returns + exchanges section for more details.
Custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
