Shipping Policies

Turnaround Time:

All of our slippers, hats and handcrafted cards are carefully handmade by women in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Due to the slow handmade nature of our items the turnaround and restock times can vary.

Ready to ship items: (Infant and Toddler Slippers, Hats, DIY kits, and cards) are fulfilled within 1 week of purchase.

Made to order items: (Slip-On Loafers, Children's and Women's Slippers, and custom orders) are fulfilled within 4-5 weeks of purchase. These items take longer to fulfill because they are carefully made per order.

Once your order is fulfilled it is handed over to the shipping carrier, and shipping times will apply.

Local Pickup:

We offer local pickup in HAMILTON, ON, Canada only. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pickup with the pickup address and instructions to contact us to arrange a pickup time. Once a time is arranged, your package will be placed in our locked storage bench; you will be provided with a lock code. Your name and order number will be written on the package. You are responsible for picking up your order during the arranged time. josiah+co. is not responsible for any packages that may get lost or stolen from our porch.

Shipping Options:

We ship worldwide! Our shipping options and prices are automatically calculated based on your location and weight of your package.

Our Handcrafted items (such as slippers, hats, cards, and DIY kits) are shipped from Canada using Canada Post.

Our Arc Rainbow Heaven Baby Collection (t-shirts, onesies, and mugs) are shipped using a 3rd party carrier from the USA.

Please note the following:

Lettermail, Small Packet USA Air, or Small Packet International Air - NO TRACKING

Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority, Tracked Packet USA or International - INCLUDES TRACKING

The Heaven Baby Flat Rate Shipping is shipped from the USA and includes tracking.

*If you do not select a tracked shipping option, once your package leaves my hands I have no way of knowing it's location or estimated delivery times.

*If you select International Surface you're package will take FOREVER to arrive. Choose Air... trust me ;)

Shipping Times (after fulfillment):

Within Canada: 5-7 business days

United States: 8-14 business days

International Surface: 28-84 business days

International Air: 12+ business days

Heaven Baby Flat Rate Shipping to USA: 5-10 business days

Heaven Baby Flat Rate Shipping to Canada + International: 7-20 business days

Shipping Policies:

Once your order is shipped, josiah+co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please note that at times shipping may be delayed due to weather, postal strikes, cross-border delays, global pandemics, and a plethora of other events that are out of our control. Please be patient ;)
Customer is responsible for any duty or customs fees that may apply.
If you refuse delivery or return to sender, a refund/credit will not be issued. The buyer accepts the transaction once it has been completed online.
If you selected local pickup, you are responsible for retrieving your package on the arranged day/time. josiah+co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
