Returns + Exchanges

All custom orders and sale items are finale sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All 'Heaven Baby Collection' items (t-shirts, onesies, mugs) are finale sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. These items are printed and mailed directly from printful in the United States, and as a result we cannot facilitate refunds/exchanges.

All other items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your item. Items can only be exchanged if they are returned to us:

  • in their original packaging with tags attached
  • in their original condition - unworn/unwashed
  • the product has not been exposed to scents of any kind

Please send us an email to info@josiahandco to make arrangements to exchange your item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt, your item(s) will be inspected and josiah+co. reserves the right to refuse and return the product back to you if it does not meet the above criteria.

Please be advised that josiah+co. is not responsible if your item becomes lost, damaged or stolen in the mail while en route to us. It is your responsibility to ensure it gets back to us safe and sound!

Once your item(s) are received and confirmed to be in original condition a store credit will be issued and can be used for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and can only be used on
