We’ve kept our scraps over the past couple years and now have bags of oddly shaped leather pieces, yarn ends, and fluffy sheepskin. (Honestly, SO fluffy we could die!) Our bootie-sole cutter—Jade—saw mountain shapes while cutting soles and started playing with the idea that we now present to you: Scrappy Seed Cards.
We make our cards as eco-friendly as possible. Every card is made on plantable seed paper from Botanical PaperWorks, the envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper, and the card protectors are made from 100% plant-based, compostable material. We are so excited to support other eco-friendly businesses. Their products are making it possible for us to present plastic-free, earth-friendly cards.
Our goal is to use up our scraps. So, although the cards might follow the same design, no two are the same. The shape, size, and leather tone vary from card to card. Every card is Handcrafted with Heaven Babies in Mind and our hope is that with each card sent out seeds of hope are (literally) planted.
As the art is not plantable, consider tearing off the front of the card and hanging on to our creation. (We find these are really cute pinned to the fridge or framed.)
